The Nelson Family Is Appreciated
I appreciated listening to the Nelsons on the radio and then later viewing their show on television. A fine program. As to the specifics of the movie preview: a very good transition from listening to them on the radio to seeing the family in a movie - I would have been interested in seeing the movie based on the preview.

Great movie by the Nelsons - Ozzie, Harriet, David and Ricky
Always loved the Nelsons. Amazing how people can be funny without violence and sex. Yes the trailer shows some bad guys and there is some misunderstandings about relationships but Ozzie and Harriet always demonstrated high morale standards and could be funny to boot.

From radio to screen!
Pretty fun trailer here for the first Nelsons (And I dont mean Willie or Leslie) movie. The family get into some miscommunication, Ozzie with a cowgirl, Harriett with a FBI guy. Hijinx ensues. Best dialogue bit: Im going to punch you right in the nose! You Do, and Ill bleed all over you! ha ha. Not too sure what Rock Hudson is doing in this, but there he is.

Good Comedy with the Nelson Family
This movie is based on the radio show, The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet.
The cast includes Ozzie, Harriet, David and Ricky Nelson, Sheldon Leonard, Jim Backus, Gale Gordon, Rock Hudson and Frank Nelson.
The film takes us to a place where apparently the TV show never did, Ozzie's job. He is an associate with an advertising company. He's given a job that he can't quite seem to do on his own, coming up with an advertising campaign that will promote a women's underwear company. Misunderstandings add to the comedy, as well as the Nelson's sons, David and Ricky.
This funny situation comedy movie bridged the gap between the Ozzie and Harriet radio show and television's long running situation comedy, Ozzie and Harriet.
The trailer does a good job in promoting the movie.

Hmmm. Ozzie seems to have a wandering eye, and what's this!? Harriet has a thing for gay guys? Who knew?
I always hated 'Ozzie and Harriet' and I didn't much like this trailer. I suppose this movie might be great on MST, but straight up it'd be hard to take. The humor is of the sort that might amuse dim-witted toddlers.
This trailer and movie obviously served to show people what the characters of a favorite radio sitcom looked like. On that score alone, one might say that it did an admirable job.
